Comments and compliants
To improve the service offered to customers and to ensure fruitful collaboration with suppliers, the PRS LAB staff evaluates the complaints and comments received extremely carefully.
It is possible to send various types of comments or complaints by sending an email to the address below.
Comments and complaints must be forwarded in writing via email describing in detail the situation which is the subject of the report or complaint, in particular:
- specify in the subject of the communication that it is a comment or complaint
- clearly report the name and contact details of the person making the comment or complaint
- indicate the reasons for the comment or complaint
- Indicate the precise reference to the service that is the subject of the comment or complaint
Comments and complaints are managed through a special register and for each of them an initial response will be sent within ten (10) working days of receipt.
At the end of the management process, PRS LAB sends a written communication to the complainant/reporter, in which it reports the outcome of the investigations carried out.
